1. The service

SW BOT is a Windows desktop application for LDPlayer 9. It is licensed, not sold, for the fixed term you purchase. SW BOT is independent third-party software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Lilith Games.

2. What you purchase

You purchase a digital software license: 1 Month = 30 days, 6 Months = 180 days, 1 Year = 365 days, counted from the moment the license is issued. No physical goods are shipped. Licenses do not renew automatically; to continue after the term you buy a new license.

3. Seller of record and payment

Purchases are processed by FastSpring, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. FastSpring charges you in your local currency, applies VAT or sales tax where required, issues the invoice and handles payment questions and refunds together with us. We never receive your card details.

4. Delivery

Your license key and download instructions are sent to the e-mail address used at checkout after FastSpring confirms the payment, usually within minutes. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, contact support with your order reference; delivery is considered complete when the key has been sent to that address.

5. License rules

Each license activates on one PC at a time. Activation binds the license to a hashed device identifier; if you change PCs, support can move the license. Sharing, reselling, renting, sublicensing or reverse engineering the software is prohibited. An internet connection is required for periodic license checks; the software keeps working offline for up to 72 hours between checks.

6. Updates and compatibility

Updates released during your license term are included. The game and the emulator change over time; we keep the software working on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee compatibility with any future game, emulator or Windows version, nor the availability of any particular feature for the whole term.

7. Your responsibility and risk

Use of automation tools may violate the game's terms of service. You decide whether and how to use SW BOT and you bear any consequences for your game accounts. We do not claim that the software is undetectable and we do not compensate for game-account actions.

8. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. When a chargeback is opened, the license is suspended while the dispute is reviewed and may be revoked; we provide FastSpring with the purchase, delivery, activation and support records of the order as evidence.

9. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms, obtained through fraud, or whose payment is reversed.

10. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
